Azuni World ("we", "our", "us") operates products and services including SelfTalk Lab. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your choices.

This policy applies to all Azuni World products and services, and covers the SelfTalk Lab mobile app specifically in the section below.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact data: Email address or username when you create an account or contact us at [email protected].
• Usage and performance data: App usage logs, crash reports, analytics data (device model, OS version).
• Device data: Device identifiers, language, time zone.
• Content you provide: Text, journal entries, voice notes — stored locally or in cloud backup if you opt-in.
• Payment data: Purchases via Google Play are handled by Google — we do not receive full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use data to operate and improve services, communicate with users, prevent abuse, and for security. We will not use your personal data beyond these purposes without consent.

4. Third parties

We may share data with trusted providers (analytics, crash-reporting, cloud hosting, Google Play). We require them to protect your data and not sell it.

5. Permissions

We request permissions only for features you choose to use (microphone for voice notes, camera for photos). You can revoke permissions in device settings.

6. Data retention & deletion

11. Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions via Google Play are handled by Google Play. Billing and cancellations are managed through Google; we can assist with account issues.

12. SelfTalk Lab — app-specific notes

• Data collected: account email (optional), device info, anonymised analytics, crash reports, and content you create (journal entries, voice notes) if you enable cloud backup.
• Permissions: Microphone for recording (asked only when you record); Camera only when you use photo features.
• Cloud backup: Optional — if enabled your content is stored on secure cloud servers and can be deleted on request.
• Third-party tools: We may use Firebase, Sentry, or similar providers for analytics and crash reporting.
